			<description><![CDATA[ Hi, I have a few questions regarding a deceased family member.

An autopsy was done back in April 2009 on the deceased.  According to police reports, the cause of his death is a single gunshot wound to the chest.  I am his
next of kin.  Is it at all reasonable that I still have not received the autopsy report?

Also, is there a legal limit to the amount of time someone can take with an autopsy before reporting it to the next of kin?  We suspect foul play in relation

He was suffering from MS. Foreign material with foreign body giant cell reaction in adventitia.<br><br>Brain &amp; Meninges: Congestion with mild patchy subarachnoid extravasation of blood.<br><br>I should add, my fiance was previously diagnosed with a brain aneurysm, had a clip wrap on it.
